IV Therapy
Bartley Healthcare provides Intravenous therapy (IV Therapy) when a patient needs to replace lost fluids due to dehydration or receive medication. IV Therapy is also used to treat sudden drop in blood pressure and for diagnoses like CHF and IV Lasix. Traditionally, IV therapy was only available in a hospital setting, but that’s no longer the case as hospitals continue to shorten patient stays. IV Therapy may be administered on a regular or intermittent basis, depending on the patient’s needs. Either way, Bartley Healthcare provides a path from the hospital to home for IV Therapy patients.

Bartley Healthcare provides Pulmonary rehabilitation for patients with COPD, CHF and/or need Tracheostomy assistance. Guided by clinical and medical evidence, the Pulmonary service at Bartley Healthcare complements your physician’s orders by facilitating proper care, complying with prescribed disease management and monitoring your symptoms carefully.

Tracheostomy Care
Bartley Healthcare’s rehabilitation unit offers airway management, for patients who have a current tracheostomy. Patients who have either a long- or short-term tracheostomy need careful management by an experienced staff who are trained to manage the airway, provide regular tube changing and monitor progress. Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapies are also available to provide additional postural support. Our staff is fully trained in the management of tracheostomies and can help with communication and difficulties in swallowing, as well as provide education that empowers you to regain confidence and independence.

Memory Care
The Bartley Healthcare is excited to unveil their newly renovated memory care unit opened May 2019. The renovations incorporate more open and quiet space for residents. Services will now be expanded to include subacute services for residents with memory care needs. The beautifully renovated memory care unit will continue to provide care services that are part of the full continuum of care on the Bartley Healthcare.
These renovations are part of The Bartley Healthcare’s commitment to providing memory care services in a safe and secure environment that reflects The Bartley Healthcare expertise with a focus on the needs of residents with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. Bartley requires every team member to complete the CARES Dementia Training Program, which equips them with the knowledge and skills to meet the unique needs of residents with dementia and other memory-related disorders.
